Oregon OSHA fine increase table

3 or more of the same violations will trigger a comprehensive inspection of the whole company. It is triggered for Oregon companies only. If you get OSHA citations in another state, they don't count toward a compressive inspection. This is based on a 3-year cycle. 3 or more willful violations of any type will trigger a comprehensive inspection also. Federal OSHA has a five-year repeat policy. The new base penalty increased to 1153.00.
