Who Runs KARM Safety Solutions?

Leadership Rooted in Family Values

Building Safer Workplaces — One Training at a Time

At KARM Safety Solutions, safety isn’t just what we teach — it’s who we are. Our company is proudly family-owned and operated, built on decades of real-world experience, and guided by leaders who believe that every worker deserves to go home safe at the end of the day.

Kathy Miller – President

At the heart of KARM Safety Solutions is Kathy Miller, President of the woman- and Native American-owned company.
Kathy’s leadership is grounded in both compassion and accountability. She brings years of experience in safety management and business operations, ensuring that every program offered by KARM meets the highest standards of OSHA compliance — while staying practical for the everyday worker.
Her focus on
empowering others through education has helped hundreds of businesses strengthen their safety culture and reduce workplace incidents.

Robert Miller – Vice President

Robert Miller, KARM’s Vice President, oversees field operations and training delivery.
With decades of experience in
construction, industrial, and warehouse environments, Robert brings real-world knowledge into every class. His hands-on approach makes KARM’s training both effective and relatable — whether it’s forklift certification, fall protection, or competent person training.
He ensures each student not only learns OSHA standards but understands how to apply them on the job.

📘 Nevin McLain – Owner & Lead Trainer

As a co-owner and lead trainer, Nevin McLain has spent years providing safety instruction in both private industry and corporate environments.
His deep understanding of workplace hazards and regulatory compliance has helped shape KARM’s course content and teaching methods. Nevin believes safety is more than memorizing rules — it’s about building awareness, confidence, and accountability in every worker.

Kade McLain – The Next Generation of Safety

Carrying on the family legacy, Kade McLain is learning the business firsthand — training alongside KARM’s instructors and gaining early experience in safety education.
His involvement reflects KARM’s commitment to
passing on knowledge and values to the next generation, ensuring that the company’s mission continues for years to come.

A Family Dedicated to Safety

Together, Kathy, Robert, Nevin, and Kade embody what KARM Safety Solutions stands for:
Integrity, professionalism, and a passion for protecting people.

Their shared mission — “Building Safer Workplaces — One Training at a Time” — continues to guide every service KARM provides, from OSHA-compliant training and site inspections to custom safety manuals and online learning.
